Whats in our bag?

We often get asked what type of equipment we use. I think it is an important question because you are paying money for quality photos so there for your photographer should have "quality" equipment. Since day one we have always been Nikon users. We started with an entry level Nikon D5000, and still rely heavily on this camera. We have recently upgraded to a Nikon D700. We have had a crush on this camera for a long time so it sure is nice to add a full framer to our bag. As far as glass goes, the good ole nifty fifty is our number 1 go to lense (nikon 50 mm, 1.4). We probably use this for 90% of our shoots. We also have a Nikon 16-85mm, 3.5-5.6 that we use for wide angle shots. For a zoom lense we have a Promaster 70-300mm macro. Part of the fun in this is getting new toys and continually learning new ways to use those toys!
