FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS

If it was like this year round then I would argue that Indiana is the best place in the world to live...okay okay maybe that is a little over the top, but none the less it is a great time of year. As the days get shorter, corn gets higher, the weather starts cooling, and the smell of bonfires lingers throughout the neighborhood... it tells me one thing...its Football Season. A cool, crisp, sun setting Friday night provided the perfect setting for Tritons home opener. Although the Trojans came up a little short I think the music from the band, screams and yells from both sets of bleachers, and an occasional crackling of a firework gave the large crowd more than their tickets worth.  I of course tried to soak it all in through the camera lense.
Just a few of the shots that we got, hope you enjoy!

I. Family

After a week of 100 degree days we had the PERFECT morning for this family's photo session. It was sunny and the temperature was refreshing. Although their daddy probably didn't feel that way after running around with Mr. Dragon on his hand and tossing his 2 year old in the air for some smiles :)  He got a workout in, that's for sure. These beautiful kids were a blessing to photograph! Enjoy...

Thank you, I Family!

Slumber Party

Friday night our home was transformed into a modified version of chuckee cheeses, and we had so much fun. We are fortunate that we get to see our niece and nephew quite frequently, and even more fortunate that we sometimes get to have slumber parties with them. As an added bonus they have made friends with some of the neighborhood kids....so I think at one point we had 7 kids running through our house! (i am still trying to sort out which toys belong to who) :)  With that many kids running around its obviously impossible for me to not grab the camera and capture some of the cuteness. Heres just a few:

Never would have thought that balloons would have been such hit!

Even "Nataweee" got in on the action

Pillows in the living room...welllll duh why wouldn't we have a pillow fight.

I mean really could anything be better than "ointmeal" on the patio in your underwear.

Sam sure is a character!!!

Our neighbor girl Maddie and Sam...if pictures had sound you would hear them both yelling " buzzzzz lightwwear to the Wesssssssssssscue"

:)

Sure was a fun night...and left us wondering "how many kids did we say we want to have again"

E. FAMILY ! ! !

We were honored to take photos of this family while one of their sons (in the U.S Navy) was home on leave for just a week.  Sara and Lisa go way back - like wayyyy back when Sara was in Junior High and Lisa (aka Mrs. Eiser) was the computer lab guru who tought her all about designing web pages. Of course she can't remember much of that now, and these easy to edit blogs make it pretty simple to forget how to use HTML codes. Anyway, this family is full of character and full of fun!  So glad we found time in his week of leave to do this . . . even if it was 100 degrees out!!!  Thanks, E Family!

Marc L. [senior]

Seniors are so much fun!  We had a great time taking these of Marc :)
End of the summer is the perfect time for senior pictures....
let us know if you're interested!!!

Lil Miss MYA

We spent a Sunday afternoon in the park with Mya and her two younger brothers (those pics coming later). It is always fun working with kids this age because they have mastered the art of posing for pictures and Mya was great! Her super summer bleached hair really made the color in her eyes pop out.

Thanks for a fun afternoon Mya!!
